Free Water Testing for Your Queen Creek Home
Before anyone talks about softeners or filters, you should know what is actually in your water. We test it at your kitchen sink, walk you through each reading and tell you honestly whether you need a system at all.
Know Your Water Before You Spend a Dollar
A water test is the safest place to start. Buying equipment on a guess can mean the wrong system, the wrong size or a system you never needed. We would rather show you real numbers first.
Our test is free and comes with zero obligation. We check the things that matter most for how your water tastes, how it treats your fixtures and how it affects your appliances. Then we explain each result in plain words, without a sales pitch attached.
Hard water is common across the East Valley, but every house is different. Your results decide what we suggest, and sometimes the answer is nothing at all.
What We Check During Your Test
- Hardness
- We measure the calcium and magnesium in your water. This is the reading that tells us whether a softener makes sense and how large it would need to be.
- Total dissolved solids
- A dissolved solids reading shows how much mineral and other material is in your water overall. High numbers often explain flat taste and spotty glasses.
- Chlorine
- Chlorine keeps city water safe on its way to you, but many people dislike the taste and smell. We check the level so you know whether carbon filtration would help.
- pH and iron
- We look at pH and iron because both affect staining, taste and how plumbing and fixtures hold up over time.
- A plain-language walkthrough
- You see every reading as we take it. We explain what is normal, what is high and what it means for your home, and you keep the results.
When a Water Test Makes Sense
Chalky film on faucets
White deposits on taps, showerheads and shower glass are a common mark of hard water. Testing shows the actual hardness level.
An odd taste or smell
Water that smells like a pool or tastes flat or metallic deserves a closer look. What causes it decides between a filter and reverse osmosis.
Appliances failing too soon
Scale builds up in water heaters, dishwashers and kettles and cuts their lifespan. Knowing your mineral levels helps you guard them.
Tight skin and rough laundry
Soap is slow to rinse off in hard water. Stiff towels and skin that feels tight after showering can both trace back to minerals.
A house that's new to you
Moving in means inheriting the last owner's setup. Testing is an easy way to see what flows from your taps and whether any equipment there still works.
How Your Results Affect System Pricing
You pay nothing for the test and owe nothing afterward. If the readings call for a system, our water treatment systems include installation, so the number we quote already covers the labor. These are the things that move that number.
Your readings
High hardness or strong chlorine can mean a bigger unit or added treatment stages. Lighter readings usually call for far less equipment.
Your daily water use
A full household with back-to-back morning showers pulls much more water than two people in a small home. We size the system to that daily load so it never falls behind.
The kind of system
Fitting a reverse osmosis unit under one sink is a separate job from tying a whole-home system into the main line.
The plumbing you have now
A softener loop already in place keeps the install simple. Without one, added pipe work raises the cost, and we explain it before you agree to anything.
How Your Water Test Works
- 1
A quick phone call
You call, tell us what you have noticed and we pick a time that suits you. We ask a few questions about your home so we arrive prepared.
- 2
Testing at your tap
We draw a sample from a kitchen or bathroom faucet and run the tests right there. We work carefully, keep the area clean and never touch your plumbing during a test.
- 3
Reading the results together
We go through each number with you and explain what it means for drinking, cooking, bathing and your appliances. Ask as many questions as you like.
- 4
An honest recommendation
If your water is fine, we tell you so. If something stands out, we explain which option fits, such as whole-home filtration, a water softener or reverse osmosis, and give you installed system pricing by phone or on the spot.

Questions About Your Water Test
Do I really pay nothing for the test?
Correct. It costs nothing and carries zero obligation. You keep the readings and hear our honest take on them, buy or not.
How much time should I set aside?
Not much. The readings come back fast, and most of the visit goes to explaining them and answering whatever you ask.
Is this a sales visit in disguise?
No. What we tell you follows your numbers, and many visits end with us saying your water needs nothing. If a system would help, you get plain pricing and decide in your own time.
Who does the install if I go ahead?
Our partner plumbers do it, and installation is included with our water treatment systems. They work safely, cover your floors and clean up the work area before leaving.
Is there warranty coverage on systems?
System tanks on qualifying systems have a lifetime warranty. When we review your options, we point out which ones qualify.
Do you have reviews?
So far we have 3 five-star Google reviews. We plan to add to them one honest test at a time, not with promises we can't keep.
