What Happens When You Call

You talk with a real person who asks what you have noticed, like spots on glasses, a taste you dislike or crusty faucets. We listen first, answer what we can on the spot, and set a time for your test. It is a free water test with zero obligation, so you can hear the results and decide later, or not at all.

Before the visit, we tell you what the test involves and where we will need to work, usually a kitchen tap and the spot where water enters your home. If you want to talk about whole-home filtration, a water softener or reverse osmosis, we can also walk you through installed system pricing by phone. We keep the conversation calm and the next step clear.

Handy to Know Before Your Call

1. A quick note of what seems off with your water, like a bleach smell or a white film on dishes, and about when it started.
2. Where your main water shutoff valve is, if you know, so we can plan safe access.
3. Any existing filter, softener or drinking water system and roughly how old it is.
4. A few days and times that work for a visit, plus anything we should know about pets or kids at home.
